Do you give group discounts?

Groups with more than 10 people, will receive a 10% discount. This only counts when the whole group will pick up the bikes themselves. For delivery on location for large groups, we will create a fixed price. Please contact us for a quotation.

Can I return my bike on a different location?

Unfortunately it is not possible to drop off your bike at our location at Keukenhof. This is also not possible the other way around. It is possible to drop off your rented bike at one of the participating hotels or holiday resorts. Please let us know in advance. 

What happens if I return my bike after 6 PM?

If you tell us in advance that you will return your bike after 6 PM, this should not be a problem. When we are not informed in advance, please contact us by phone on +316 12089858 to inform us about your delay during your period of rent. When you don't contact us before closing time, we have to charge €10,00 extra per bike.


What kind of bikes do you have available?

Kleinere Schäden wie Spanngurt, Mantelschutz usw. werden nicht in Rechnung gebracht. Für größere Schäden wie zum Beispiel verbogene Felgen und Rahmen usw. welcher durch unsachgemäßen Handhabung entstanden sind, haftet der Mieter.

Do you rent out bikes for children?

Yes, we also have children's bikes. We have children's bicycles from 20 '' until 26 ''.It is also possible to rent children seats and kid cars. So there are many ways to bring your kids!

Can you go with 2 people on 1 bike?

That is only possible on bikes which are made for 2 people, like a tandem. It is not allowed to share a regular bike with two people, unless this concerns a child seat.

Damage & Theft 

What happens if something goes wrong with the bike along the way?

Our bikes are well maintained and the risk of breakdown is therefore very low. Should the unexpected happen on your way, please give us a call and we will make sure we will come and replace the bike as soon as possible. Our phone number is placed on every bike and also on the receipt we give you.

What happens if the bike gets stolen?

When you lock your bike, the chances that the bike gets stolen is very small. Whenever this still might happen, you can show us the key of the bike, showing that you’ve locked the bike. If you press charges and you are well insured, you don’t have to pay for the bike. When you are not insured and you can’t show us that the bike was locked, you’ll have to pay the value of the bike.


What are the costs for bike delivery?

The delivery for bikes within the Bulb Region, is for free . Whenever you wish to get your bike delivered outside the Bulb Region, the price very much depends on the amount of bikes you order and the drop off location. Please contact us for a quotation.

When do you deliver?

We usually deliver the bikes in the morning between 10 AM and 12 AM. But should you require a different time of delivery, that would also be possible.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver bikes everywhere throughout the Netherlands. Within the bulb-region we have a free-delivery service. The bulb-region is: Noordwijkerhout, Noordwijk, Voorhout, Sassenheim, Lisse, Hillegom en De Zilk.
